I moved quickly toward my big friend as we entered the Science Seminar. This is the one we have been waiting for. The room was darkened to enhance the images Lash placed on the screen.
Lash was different from the others in the Hyrayarch, very intense mentally, with a keen eye for detail. He seemed more interested in things than people, and more excited by phenomena than philosophy.
He still portrayed the same kind benevolence characterizing the Masters of the Hyrayarch. Not generous in serious but affectionate in his own way. Lash raised his hands up above his head in prayer and said,Alashram, We are all one.
May we grow together.
Be more and in more.Lash's aura was dark blue mixed with gold sparkles as he began to speak to us. It's appearance was magnificent in the darkened light. His prayers were dutifully succinct but lacked the flavor and inspiration of the Senchas.
Dzyan, you may ask the question where did all of this arise, where did it begin, Lash spoke out in a taut humor. Is the universe only a thought? Who's thought? Consider your thoughts as the creative source. An unsettling idea perhaps?
What happens to the world when thoughts vanish? Where do they come from when they appear? When they are gone, are they non-existent? This is our universe. Confusing to say the least if this is its basis.
Zyan manifests its own self in the cosmos. There is nothing else but Zyan and so it is always. Logically we conclude nothing exists by itself. All things, therefore, exist today as an indirect consequence of innumerable causes, stretching like an endless chain through the beginingless past. Planets and stars in this dimension are scientifically determined to be of different ages.
While he spoke there was a churning movement of graphic images of planets, stars exploding and being recreated, of world's forming and dying, of time going forward very swiftly. Life forms changing in a system of colors and patterns kaleidoscoping cross the screen.
Life is a web of interdependence, thrown across all things, without exception, he continued. This leads to understanding, no one or no one thing is self-sufficient or self-existent. This can also be unsettling as we have worked to separate ourselves from each other for eons. All things are both at cause and at effect and at no time will life cease.
Think on this for a moment, without beginning or end we exist as mind, the result of innumerable causes and effects that have created what we are conscious of now. Does this demolish old beliefs of the ultimate truth and principles of cause and effect? Never can we arrive at the first cause, the prime creator. In the same breath understand there will never be an end. This endlessness may not have a meaning other than what we ascribe to it. Is our imagination the creator of the universe?
Mentally understanding the relation of cause and effect is beyond our ability. Truth must be found within. Within the mind, the world is a self projection of the mind. Perhaps this is why we see it in such a state of confusion. How stable is your mind? How peaceful are your thoughts?
The old scientists have regulated thought to a secondary cause and thus have formulated existence as hypothetically impossible. They have proven we do not exist. In reality old science is just an elaborate system of observation. They see things with their mind and then measure it in such a that it does not make sense. This science is an embarrassment for reality says we do exist even if we cannot prove it. They will not listen anyway.
They have been able to prove to their own satisfaction, up until now, that their hypothesis is valid, that consciousness is derived from matter. The hypothesis begs the question for what is matter but consciousness. I cannot speak to matter but I am matter. There is a bit of hypocrisy in science.
Ask an old world scientist about truth and it is a probability, ask about time and it is an unknown. They will not venture an explanation. Ask about space and it is referenced in esoteric mathematics. All things to scientists are in a reversal of knowledge. As them where they are going and they act embarrassed. There is nothing that is known with certainty in science. All is probability. Probability is relative and relativity is uncertain. This is our science yet we pride ourselves in knowledge. This cannot be for we are without knowledge, wisdom and intelligence.
The old world is a reversal of Truth.
The movement out of one dimensional consciousness is the first step towards understanding matter. The idea that matter created consciousness is the basic error of the old world ideas.
Zyan creates the universe by thinking. Zyan thinks according to the laws of evolution. Zyan is not arbitrary. Everything is planned. All manifestation is projected through the consciousness of Zyan according to principles of intelligent advancement.
Our present universe is not the first which has manifested, nor will it be the last. Each separate world system, such as this one, is merely a unit in a beginingless and endless series. Each universe is self contained with its images cast throughout in perfect order. Our universe has a heritage from one that has preexisted. History is an endless chain of alterations between potential being and actuality. The universe is undergoing an evolution according to principled law and not in chaos just like our world is being transformed according to immutable principles.
From the intellect I speak for this is a great tool sometimes very dangerous depending on how we use it. Lash said. Its benefit is ordering time in order to release the elements of experience. Time is nothing but the energy of change and we must respond to it in and through consciousness. This is the formulations that the old scientists will have trouble acquiring because of the need to use the intuition as well. I am one who favors the intellect but I do not dishonor the intuition and the powers of direct insight.

I listened seeing Senea sitting near Zadir, he turns my stomach, can't she see this guy is using her, I don't like Zadir, I don't trust him. I know they are doing something, I can't believe she is even sitting with them.

What? I jerked a response seeing Lash looking right at me. If you are going to be in the Hyrayarch you must listen to me even if I am dull. Is there something more important going on here? He asked, looking right over behind me to Zadir and Senea.
I was surprised and too anguished to glance at them. I could feel the same loathing abhorrence for Zadir returning into my body. I just can't seem to help it.
Lash returned to his talk, but would allow no variance on my part or anyone of his authority, however slight a deviation. His nature did not take away from his eccentric nature.Mystery
of NOENSYou are beginning the School of Science, Dr. Akinr began the talk. The texts of the Old Manuscripts from the Alperan excavations will be our study. Before we begin let us discuss the elements of the Noens.
You are aware of the energy centers in the body through the education in the state schools. The Noens will give you a better and clearer understanding of ancient knowledge. The seven vortexes of energy that have been explained before and the spinning magnetics have been clearly shown to be accurate by our scientists.
They believe that the activation of certain chemicals will change each structure. This is true to a certain degree, but it is limited. There is a cooperative interaction of energy going on between these centers.
Matter is energy and pure energy is consciousness. Conventional wisdom is misguided by the notion one can cure all illness by physically repairing or eliminating abnormal cellular systems.
The old science is relying on a needle and thread to patch a rip in the galactic seam. There are unseen connections between the physical body and the subtle forces that hold the keys to understanding the inner relationship between matter and energy.
Begin to understand light as coherent structures.
Light is extremely orderly, with all of its waves moving in step and into shapes. The Noen provides us with a new and unique model to understand the energetic structure of the universe as well as the multi dimensional nature of mind and consciousness.
A Noen is looked upon as an optical device that takes light and thought together to make a form through gravitational, electromagnetic and magnetic interplay. In order to accomplish the creation of a Noen it takes a pure consciousness which is empowered through a dimensional tunnel.
In this dimensional tunnel time is reduced into a stillness image and so the thought is allowed to become solid. When the consciousness is placed in stillness then the meditative effort is rewarded with the creation of a Noen.
The Noen is a lens.
It combines the powers of the vortex of dimensional energies, through which light can be empowered with the forces of gravitation, electromagnetism and magnetic polarity. This effect produces the creation of empowered and self sustaining thought forms. A Noen in actuality, is a component of creative sacred energy.
Each universe has its own vortexes placed upon a numerically proportional grid points. These vortexes are powered on by the systems potential energy and manifest through the nodal grid points in the form of stellar objects. This is the work of the first force of gravitation. The relationship between one dimension and another is effected by the Noens. This interdimensional effect is the basis of electromagnetism. The keys behind these systems are revealed through efforts of consciousness to produce a pure unaffected reference light stream. This reference can be referred to as the current which is provided by the movement of energy, the central push pull of tidal forces.
When the light from one dimension intersects a light stream of energy or matter from another the forces are found to be interchangeable recreating themselves in patterns along a fractal response wave grid. This sets up a frequency vibration into other dimensions through scalar wave symmetry impulses. Timespace is a key element in the reception of these forces providing the primary location of energy, the grid point itself. Thus the particularization of the form is based in a central nucleus operating in a contour plan.
The mind is the primary vehicle for the creation of the Noen but they are based upon the fusion of spacetime to a location of gravitation, electromagnetic polarity.
There are believed to be some Noens that have been built outside of the body by an ancient civilization preserved in a secret chamber. The Noen is designed to enhance the function of the body when held in the corresponding center that is a harmonic of the vibration the Noen's frequency station. This gives the holder an extreme, power, awareness and extension of the powers of this center. This is the accordance with law that each entity will have control over their own thought forms. In allowing this energy in the outer spheres it produced a havoc of external chaos.
This may be the underlying reasons for the destruction of the world that we existed 25,000 years ago. The Legends of Silanta point to a destruction by cataclysm. They may have produced Noens utilized by outside forces and held outside of a healer. The creation of Noentic thought forms that cannot be controlled certainly would return to hurt the creator if not properly designed. They would gain strength like any living entity as long as the food source was available. There is reason to believe that the XAXA were created in such a manner by yet a previous galactic civilization or power beyond our intelligence.
Manuscripts speak of a horrible war and cataclysm. The ancients believe that Malea and Silanta were pre-existent civilizations. The Legend speaks of a great power that was destroyed by the Lanea for dishonor. The legend holds to a story of a flood and abduction of part of the race. There was a loss of something true and perfect.
This may not be legend, perhaps with the finds in Tauzn and Alpera we are finding legends come true. The Hyrayarch is concerned with this situation because of the possibility of Noens within the ruins of this civilization.
Currently our research teams have found nothing but scattered references to beings without eyes and hearts. The old manuscripts are being deciphered as we speak by teams of translators and scientists within the Hyrayarch.
In spite of the lack of evidence we believe there were some of the ancient races that survived and went on to create and protect the Noens, and that they are held in a safe place. Until these items are proven or refuted we must look carefully in the myths and legends for traces of these stories. If they are in existence we must find a way to have them reabsorbed and purified of negative influences.
Noens have life and their own resultant reactions. They produce devastating effects with each selfish and abusive action. The Noens will resonate energy throughout the civilization until Lanea's electromagnetic shield is broken or healed and shielded from negatives cosmic influences.
The powerful rays of the galaxy will break though the eggshell fabric of the protective atmospheres and unleash complete annihilation of our world in a short time. We must locate these ancient storehouses of emotion and allow them to be transmuted.
Dr. Akinr had us all spell bound by the explanation of the Noens. It was a concept that we had not thought of. The body's meridian cross points were known, but not the underlying meaning. As a well developed and ancient healing technique many did not look into the origins or possibilities. When Dr. Akinr explained the formation of physical and non-physical interdimensional matrix lines and each one being a point within the body it made sense.
The Noen is an energy interference pattern. Within this pattern, every piece contains the intelligence of the system that created it. It will recreate the same image over and over until there is a stronger energy to change the formula. Each point of coherence of the image is reformed on a macrocosmic and microcosmic level. This is a basic principle in all universes and dimensions.
The law of similarity resides in communication. This communion of one to another requires oneness of essence. Direction is another matter, because there are streams of energy that are contrary to one another. This is related to the concept of spin, speed and inertia. The momentum of the spin forces cause the recreation of the form by the electromagnetic weaving of the etheric and the physical. The mental is the center point of the nucleus whereas the etheric energy is positive and the physical is negative charged polarity.
The principle behind the functioning of the Noen in nature, is called ANR, Anali Nous Relisa. The ANR is the basic intelligence in every time cell. There is a formation of a internal resonating structure that allows for the information of each cell to immediately pass it to a connective cell. The connective cell is imprinted by each other in a constant resource of imagining that creates a pulsating bioenergetic field.
Communication, awareness and radiation of intelligence through out the universe and through out all dimensions is the principle behind creation. In this whole graphic image of intelligence the ANR there is a conformation of the infinite into the finite. This is a space time relationship situation. All matter in physical, emotional and mental form conform to infinitely small energies in grid points of consciousness. Development of spatial referencing points within temporal folds of the matrix allows for movement of time space in an ordered but purely thought transferring process.
The next movement allowed is the interdimensional allowance of non local experience. This hyper activation of thought is the galactic resurrection of multi-dimensional consciousness. This will be a great work beyond what we consider now. The movement of consciousness is what the Noens were created for and what they will ultimately achieve. The process of their creation also sowed the seeds of destruction of Silanta. What there effect on Alonia will be is hoped to be ascension. It must be brought back to order and in the control of the ascended masters through our efforts.
There have been 10 Noens created that are apart from the bodies of the masters. We will allow you to know these names and understand the powers are of galactic proportions. Certain individuals will be trained to hold the power of these Noens. It is uncertain if they all exist but we will make an effort to discover this information. This will be the effort of our expeditions into Rota.

All of them have their own interesting elements. Dr. Akinr continued, these are our representations, as you must know each one of the Noens are a special case. This is the best representation that we can show you at this time.
This information is to be guarded. These are very special objects and heretofore thought only to be legend. We feel with our science and technology they could be produced again. The dangers of this activity would be catastrophic. Always stay within the light of the Perisana as you think upon these things.
We are speaking of interconversion of light into matter and matter into light. Noens are plasmic liquid energy within a connective singularity.
Noens are set up to be operate in three forms. They allow for transference of energy to matter, thought to matter, and thought to energy. In these ways they operate in a fusion synergy. The movement of the beam of light through the lens creates a gateway of energy that can be brought into an amplification. This creation of energy from thought can be continually amplified until it is stronger than the creator. It may also lock the creator in the form, or explode matter into plasmic energy.
There is an interdimensional shift at this point and the Noen exists in time and space or anti-time. This potential time requires consciousness and awareness to break through the barriers of the time cell. Our scientists are working with the formulation of this inter dimensional process. This is interesting to you, because it sets off resonance ripples into all dimensions.
I listened to Dr. Akinr and then in a moment I was listening to someone else. He still stood before us in his regal scientific visage. He was speaking with the graphic symbols all about him in a collection of knowledge that was overpowering but I heard something else within me.
It was a being, an inner teacher, I have known this feeling before, this temple. I am in science class, this is where I am and this is time. His entrance into my consciousness startled me, but I began to understand him as my inner teacher and guide. I let myself see past the veil and wonders started to appear in my vision. The clarity was remarkable.
Rysa I have told you that you would be here in the school and so you are now. The Noens that you are learning about are very important. You have searched for many years for the keys. The Noens are the keys. You will learn of holding power within.
This is the whole message of the Hyrayarch. You will be given this message again and again. Guard it and watch all that come near you with exterior power. All things are in reversal. Look at those who want to give you something as those who are taking. Look at those who wish to take as having something to give.
You will go into the black cube and find the Noens resting on an altar. Do not move them. They must not be touched. They are there to be resonated and brought into the body by their own power. They cannot be touched with the hands, only guided by them.
They were purified and taken away after the cataclysm by the masters of the fifth race creators. You will know these beings in this time. They are here to provide you with the lessons.
In the white pyramid you will release the Noen so Lanea will be given the resonating chambers of peace they represent. They are not matter but passive energy.
This is the key again. You are not looking for the frozen light but the light being created. Light is created where there is the reduction of matter to energy through heat, magnetic, electromagnetic and gravitational relationship. Sound is the key to manifestation. All things are planned and clearly, see this and you will know your consciousness resides with me here in your temple, in your home. Remember this place for this is where you are with me at all times while you are moving about the world.
You will remember more as you will see forward and backwards in time. You are becoming oriented to the interdimensional shifts of your network grid.
I listened to the inner teacher as he spoke to me about other things and about my life still to come. I opened my eyes and I was in the seminar room again. Dr. Akinr had hardly moved but he looked at me and smiled. This was unusual. I had never seen him smile much. The class was over and I was dizzy from the information. As I got up to leave Dr. Akinr came over.
Rysa, I see you had a guest visit you at the end of my lecture. Dr. Akinr said. Your Auric envelope really opened up. Would you like to share this experience with me.
I hardly know where to begin, I responded. I will tell you that I was with someone. I do not know what to say.
Sometime then, he said.
Indeed, I replied. I will have to integrate what you have brought to my consciousness.
I walked away with a tingle on the right side of my head, much lighter and have gathered a great deal of insight today.
