In each era proceeding our own the need for the control of violence is paramount. Our society will dramatically reduce the return for violence and eliminate the needs, which create it. We have developed a way of controlling it on a large scale. In our corporate society … We have experienced the Hierarchy, the Patriarchy, the Monarchy, the Oligarchy, Socialism, Totalitarianism, Plutocracy,and now we have established Corporism or the Corparchy "Core Archy"
The end of the millenniums of Nation States into the establishment of confederations wherein government is the corporation was a defacto situation for the last 100 years. Wherein the ending of the Nations states was evidenced by the complete moral and economic bankruptcy of the leadership in the last phases of its governing effort. The Corearchy is now our governing principle and will continue to perpetuate an infinite legacy as long as freedom is defined in terms of use rather than rights.
As our technological change has become an evolving force the paradigm shift became more and more pronounced against the existing status quo of bureaucrats of the existing order. As we have begun to realize that our current civilization has reshaped the Alonia of old by becoming more and more efficient in every way. The school system that you are part of is an excellent example. Even though we still refer to them as State Schools they are run entirely by our corporations to establish Cognizants. As Cognizants or Thinkers you will be placed within the organizations of the "Machine" and important nexuses to become distributors of information and decision makers.
The change that has transpired is unlike anything anyone before you has ever witnessed. The challenge to you as you become a Cognizant is to become clear and dispassionate and ultimately very effective. You are completely beyond the circumstances of the past and exist in a realm as far from the previous consciousness as the cave dwellers would be unable to communicate with a merchant of 500 years ago you thoughts are complete foreign to the merchants of the capitalistic era that has faded from our civilization of today.
The State, the Terminus, The Dictates, Mandates, Magistrates all work for you. The government as we have known it is a mechanism of our productive systems of the Corparchy. You are rewarded for your efforts and have unlimited possibilities to achieve and grow more powerful.
Ultimately as a Cognizant you will be in a position to become a Sovereign. With that you will be without equal but equal in the greatness of the ability to create a world at your whim and desire. Your capability will allow full usage and access of the resources of the Corparchy.
No longer will there be the Dictates who demand a greater percentage of value from your efforts than you receive. They are only our servants and as you understand your power you will become a Sovereign.
Transition…In many areas of Alonia there are still State Powers where the governing Dictates and Magistrates act upon their own agendas seeking to enforce taxation and power of smaller or isolated Corporations. As these become more and more aligned within the greater confederations the actions of these totalitarians will cease. To reduce the giant menance of these final grasps for power the feeding must be stopped completely. Still there are some companies of small groups who have given their power up in hopes of protection from the greater economy and or to enforce some restriction on a competitor. As you will soon see this is a false hope and a weakness on their part.
History ---
To understand the expansion of the Colonies of Alonia and the growth of power they had we see in reverse. There power has been all but eliminated by fragmentation into small overlapping power centers of strong individual leaders. As the Confederations grow stronger and more centralized the remaining elements of the governments are becoming more and more fragmented and confused. As the confederations have become completely purposeful the governments have become criminal and immoral in actions and purpose.The STATE WARS
As we still recall the STATE Wars were vicious. The wars were a display of power gone mad. As our technological infrastructures coalesced into the NEXUS and the links were completed the State found itself unwilling to release funds and set forward taxes to stop the inevitable transformation of the economy. The war was financial at first, as the STATE could no longer perform its function with any legitimacy. Of course what transpired was the criminal actions of individuals who in their own self-interest promoted disastrous spending and counterfeiting currency without backing. The values of State Currencies fell as the Corparchy formed and began trading within the NEXUS using credits.
The STATE lacking its ablity to Tax and inflate as the confederations moved to a shadow economy outside of the control began to repeal laws and natural rights of citizens. The STATE attempted a return to Totalitarianism. The population at that time was mixed and with half the populace working directly for STATE institutions were caught in a difficult transition. There are still many corporations and companies that received most of their income directly from STATE sponsored programs.
After the fall of the markets random violence and terrorism began to become more and more widespread. As we have seen violence does pay and is very hard to control in any society. The STATE found violence to be in its best interest as it created a more congenial environment for totalitarianism.

The Politicians as we have seen have been morally and ethically corrupt. The system has ultimately failed. The balance of power changed and those who controlled the NEXUS had the newest form of power. Nation States
Before our Confederations took over the governments the citizens believed in equality and community. The concepts of such were for the masses to understand while the truth of the hierarchy and really the oligarchy withstood the investigation but all by the insiders of the plan. There is little to distinguish Alonia geographically but there are differences in the peoples, the Alperans, the Elvarens, Ragites, Murians and so on were disguised by dialect and custom.
Power was always a national currency and in the old times each nation held a language, military and a power base of citizens. The Alperans lived on the great Island of Rota but even so there were other ethnic origins as many had ties to the other worlds of Malea and Nzrael. The Murians many have said are the original sons of Ion and the founders. This may be so as they have the held power over the sea-lanes of Lilith and Riusm for a thousand years. The Ragites are warriors and tribes people who became formidable on the plains of Ra, and lived in the great vast areas east of Muirn. The Elvaren are the other people, the natives who have stayed close to the land and lived in the central forests of Ion and on the Island of Shalin. Together these four groups have formed Alonia.
Across the sea to the frozen stretches the lands of Almzion and Nzrael are vast stretches of unknown ice and forbidden wastelands. The outreach islands of Malea are older than the other continents and hold mysteries of the beginnings. The archeologists have discovered the roots of civilization thereupon.
The confederations have replaced all the nations over the past 100 years without knowledge of the masses. The belief by the Murinian is that they are still within a country founded by them and renamed Alonia or the one country. They believe that the treaty with Alpera and Rages allowed all to begin to live in peace. The Elvaren would never fight and disappeared into their sanctuaries. The final battles were devastating to all sides so the actual treaty was to disband the governmental interference and form the confederations.
This was done to establish a totalitarian regime and formulate long-term policies, which would not undermine the civilization through constant warring. The first steps where to eliminate all territories and have the councils made up of representatives from each province and commanded through the corporations. Each province has a significant industry or production of wealth wherein the powers would allow for elected Magistrates to then appoint a representative to the Circle of Mandates. The would be represented by the prime Mandate to the Council of Dictates would lobby to the Four Advocates who would submit the proposals to the elected Terminus.
From the establishment the Nation States were dissolved in everything but their name and the belief that their importance was still true. The ideal of nationalism was required to keep the lower classes in focus on their work by keeping them in a false sense of security and protection. The necessity to breed terror has only recently become an important element in control.
In the outer territories of Nzrael and Almzion fear and concern are always pronounced by the Newspeakers to insure and level of anxiety and need for protection. The dread of an evil band of attackers, a primitive band of warriors, the bloodthirsty attack of the Isivaens, or the sinister plans of the evil one, veila. In all these things myth or fact the truth is we produce fear to the people so we may receive payment for protection. It is a tribute of the weak to the strong.
In every period of history the strong have been few and ruled a large group of weak. We stand as the civilization now and the same ratio holds. There are great numbers of weak and few strong. The education of the elite as you are is now under a direct imperative as our society grows with more technology. This imperative is to ready yourself for the assault upon our world by the Ridazi.
The Ridazi are the enemy of the State, where they are is everywhere, they hide and they attack our technology. They are the one group who are dangerous to the confederations as they have the power of technology.
They are the archenemies of the Confederations. The Nation State President and the Colony Governors have issued clear orders to apprehend all known Ridazi for crimes against the nation. The Ridazi have created and formed the Subextin in direct violation with the Alonian Code. They are promoting and building a system to steal energy from our power systems, resources from our mines and wells, assets from our institutions and take the best and brightest minds into slavery for their evil purposes.
… Rysa … listened to his teacher Tarb, and listened intently but felt a bond to the Ridazi even if they are the other side. This was not acceptable and the Ridazi are shown to be the most ruthless and illegal group in the World.
The stage is on Alpera. Rysa is the main character. The movement is towards Riusm, the great city. The motive is to reach the Hyrayarch. The university of the new technology and healing. The master plan is not revealed. The adversary is the diseases of the OBS. The other adversary is the Ingersol… the Illuminati… the governments… the will be the ORGs… Like the G7 it is all too scientific and organized. Everything too real and set into motion.The City of Bellatrix…
Where does it end? I don't know, but we must continue. Why? I cannot go back.

Everytime now when I sit to write there is a obscuration that follows me. Its as if there is something I must do that cannot wait any longer. The path may be set before me but I do not see clearly enough thought this fog.Vynsi has spoken to me of a place, a university in Riusm called the Hyrayarch. It sounds of great interest. I feel drawn there. Where has my creativity gone? Years ago I knew my dreams but now nothing escapes the imminent changes
The nation will stand before the greater world in defense of Alonia forever. There shall be no end or our greatness and ever shall we defend the peace and sovereignity of our great lands.

The ruling bodies of the governments were based on an age old system of organization. It began as a democracy and slowly changed into a totalitarian state. The dictates interested in their old well being derived their pensions from contributors and the statesmen would speak for any cause that held their interests highest.
Riusm, the capital city of Alonia, was centered in the colony of Muirn. From here all was watched calculated and understood. In each aspect of life was carefully measured by the magistrates in their districts and each district had a magistrate.
The magistrates of districts formed a council and elected a Mandate for the Region.
The Regional Mandate brought forth the will of the council of Magistrates to the Dictates of the Colony.
The Dictates in the capital would represent the Colony to the Advocates. Dictates would speak forth the will of the Mandates to the Advocates.
The Advocates execute the decisions of the Terminus.Every action was well ordered and achieved its purpose to keep the civilization working. All work and no play. There is no other way.
The government consists of 1 Terminus, 4 Advocates, 12 Dictates, 36 Mandates and 360 Magistrates in the nation.
… basic thoughts…The night air was growing cooler as the wind began rise off the ocean
In all the dreams there is one that comes again and again and I hear it in my eyes. There is a softness to it that I can't seem to remember but a remembrance as sweet as the follower of thyme in the morning. There is often a message in this dream and it calls to me from a whispering tree. The tree lifts up with the wind and covers its messages just as I start to understand it. There are things in this world I have yet to consider and the way things are they are not to be trusted. I have yet to get a glymspe of my past sto determine where I have come from.
There was an island I remember and some land near trees. There was a home near the wooded hills and the bro9wn dirt full of moisture. There was the calling of wild birds in the wind and a greter land above where we lived. I remember little of that time when I was a child.From the painted skies of the morning and evening many have past and I am now here. I live in the cities between halls of steel and concrete . I inow little of where I have come from. I have not written or thought for years upon years as I have worked in thunder the powers of the company. I work for AKS as a communicator although I am not sure what I am really doing. The job employs me to speak with customers. AKW is an nationwide communication systems producer of keyword systems. Algorithmic Keyword Systems, AKS. My job is called a Cognizant and in it I redesign language through the AKS system which is a Achromatic Mnemonic processor. Language it seems has become more and more difficult to deal with from the stand point of the Dictates and the Advocates have issued an Executive Dictum which has established AKS.
All corporations, businesses, companies and projects are controlled and directed through the Advocacy, the four leaders. The Arcanum project I am working on is held in greater secrecy than most. Everything I do is monitored and all my actions are watched. I am not the only Cognizant in the development of the project. I was even told the Terminus himself has been montoring my progress.
From the standpoint of a job it is much better to be inside working with the newer technologies than to be in the heat or cold of the day working in the fields or in the construction of some building. The dangers in Alonia have not deceased. I have not kept pace with the world outside of me. I have even forgot so much of my past and y future. There is a time when I realize that I am not even thinking for myself but then I have a schedule to achieve. I must align more characters into the spectrum of the language processor. There is a need to get this done quickly. But why… what is it I am really working on.I am getting very thirsty… Hmmm the water tastes sweet. They have excellent water here at AKS. Now where was I oh yes… the multiplication factors required to set up the achromatic sweeps will be set on 13 micro cycles and interior harmonic cycles of 7's to the 91st octave. The synaptic response fields shall be synchronized through quantum flavoring using the Q field as an active filter for photon impulse pattering. … ….
On and on through the night Rysa Shandon worked on the puzzles of Achromatic Mnemonics. Little doubt or interest in other things appeared as he worked at his station. In fact the whole civilization of Alonia had become mechanized and machine like working in unison towards greater goals set forward by the Advocates.

Memory Machine
Nzrael and Almzion, are forgotten worlds far off and distant from Alonia. They live in primitive squalor with little neither water nor food to be provided. On the plains of Amzion the winds blow hard and cold through desolate canyons. Nzrael barely holds to a small piece of land carved out of the great deserts.
Alonians do not care nor think much about the people who live in the harsh conditions of the other side.
The planet Lanea does not revolve. Alonia sits on the equator from the distant twin suns of its solar system. The Dark side is terrifying for its cold and cruel conditions. The ocean around Alonia is warm and the islands are pure paradise. The oceans surround the islands while reaching out to the circumference Ice forms in the deep darkness and frozen landscape.
Rumors have always been told of dark caves going underground thousands of meters. Here live the inhabitants who are unlike the citizens of Alonia with the quite waters, light winds and constant warmth of the suns.
Tranquility versus desolation on Lanea. The light versus the dark. It has always been so different from time before time, before the worlds began. Lanea rolls like Uranus with a slight tilt but nothing such as earth. It is constant summer and constant winter in many parts of the planet.
Rysa, sat reading through the messages told through the news. All the CV channels are owned and directed by the corporations. They own the entirety of cities in the industrial sectors of Inyi, Murin and Rages. The Corporations are the power behind politics. There is no other way to look at the sectors. From the magistrates, mandates, dictates to the advocates they work in constant alliance as the agencies for the corporations. It is one large business confederation. Each corporate will gauge its success by the power it holds in the councils and in the Advocacy. The four Advocates are held in power by the most successful confederations of corporations.
Rysa listened to the news after his period had ended not tired enough to sleep nor awake enough to follow any activity. The messages were an unending stream of business news broadcasting the same messages to the people of Alonia.

SECURITY = Contracts, Housing, Clothing, ControlWith 100's of Corporates and fewer Confederations the business sectors are always moving to leverage themselves in the best manner to achieve higher positions within the Advocacy. The actions are played out in a series of moves which have been made over and over to gain power. The public and working classes are given only the freedom necessary to produce without limiting their ability.
The Solian Religion caused quite enough problems in business but most realize they were instituted in order to provide an opiate to drug the participants into less complacency and more initiative. There is nothing business does not know or realize.
Rysa continued to watch the steady stream of messages with progress reports, values of companies and power base moves by the confederations. The Science Sector appears to have made a strong movement. Yet the Product sector is always strong when aligned with the Transport sector. The Security Sector has made alliances within energy sector to take the advantage of the Advocates.
In this world business are given more credits through governmental policies for assisting in the growth of one sector or another. The Advocates present programs to the Terminus who is elected in secret by the Advocates. The Terminus is never known as an individual but just a figure head who will make the final decree for or against an advocacy. The System has worked for hundreds of years for Alonia.
When the Advocates are split between a position 2 versus 2 the Terminus uses the power to choose the position of business. The Terminus has absolute power but rarely goes against the wishes of the majority of Advocates.
The Advocates have a regular channel that is reserved for their discussions. It does not bring much interest from the public or the normals. They do not have a voice nor care to as long as the system is working and needs are met.ADVOCATES - ARSO - TAVRA - MIBRUS - CASOPE

Arso, began the discussion this period. Under the decree of Rages 8290010 the Dictates have proposed a Science / Energy Sector development of a power plant to service the City of Regula. The requirements shall be leveled at 44 million credits to be acquired from citizens thereof. The formula for establishment shall be 18 cycles.Visuals of reactors and contractors were portrayed behind Advocate Arso, as the project development program was laid out in considerable detail. Rysa just stared at the screen without thinking or even noticing the images change. A lost feeling was coming over him as in his position he rarely thought of anything other than his work. There seemed to be nothing else. Feeling a bit ill of late Rysa had been drinking less of the water and did not take the corporate vitamins. The feeling of being light headed and naseuaus continued to plague him. His body desired the red and blue pills. Before when he began to feel this way he recovered quickly. This time there was another pain, an intuition that something was not right with his world.
Tavra, of Tauzn brought forth a similar project to be developed in the Colony of Tauzn. The figures were almost exactly the same even the pictures appeared to be identical. The Advocates continued to debate the merits of the projects and which would be better funded. As the debate moved along the Advocates worked to reach compromises as the Mandates representing the Corporations spoke in favor or against the Projects. The Dictates from the Confederations came forward and spoke to the Advocates in the final stage of the deliberation. The Advocates then took a recess as was customary.
During this intermission the Regional News from Riusm showed recent exhibits, schools and sporting events. There was a sameness to it as it always was but in a picture of the City there was a new building under construction unlike the towers of the corporates, municipal buildings or the Solian Sanctuaries. There was one new structure standing within a park like setting within view of the central city skyscape. Its look was very different and in that moment Rysa looked at it with interest. Not something he has had much of while working at AKS.
With few exceptions all workers lived in the buildings where they worked. The convenience was considered important and each job had a hierarchial level of importance. The higher in the building the more prestige and credits were given to the server. Rysa was a 7th level Public Sector Server and in his affiliation with the company his ordinance was in the Public Sector in Communications Division of the Language District. His Advocate was Casope or Milbrus depending upon the negotiations. He did not know the Dictate from the Confederation he belonged as it seemed to change as the industries battled for leverage with the Advocates. The Corporate Mandate of AKS he reported to was Siklon.AKS.040207. Rysa's designation was Rysa.AKS.070209. All was well ordered within the corporates.
Rysa moved through the 7th level resident hall to elevator to return to his square in the upper level of the AKS building. The ride was quick and again he felt nausea from speed of the ascent. He thought perhaps he should eat something. But again the intuition told him to keep quiet and avoid notice.
Attending to the business of translating words and feelings into a digital achromatic format was time consuming and involved high level functional mathematics to cross reference and avoid overlaying corruptions. The multi-dimensional aspects of the world of human consciousness made it very intricate to perform the dissection of each emotion, thought and memory.
The Arcanum project has never been spoken of by the Advocates. It is a black project being funded by the confederation AKS is directed by. Rysa has never every even spoken directly to the Dictate nor knows the ultimate purpose of the processor he is working on. There are others working on the adaptation of his work and also the hardware which it will be used with.
Again his intuition has been enhanced by this work as a Cognizant. Rysa seems to be finding within the language and the decoding of feeling a central strand of intelligence behind the language. As the periods go by where he avoids eating or drinking he has become noticeably thinner and pale. Since his work is out of the general current of AKS no one seems to be monitoring him in his activity.

There was a strange calm in the offices as Rysa left his square. The activity of the evening seemed much lighter. Generally there were many people always rushing about with things to do. It was as if there was a major event occurring and Rysa was not invited.
