I ascended to the fifth level scientific division in the morning as instructed. As I entered I heard many speaking rapidly when the door opened. The light was different, I blinked as if I had just walked into sunlight. Zonh was standing at the head of the conference room overlooking the massive rectangular table. Papers, maps and charts were scattered loosely all over. They had the look of the aftermath of an intensive and long night of deliberation. I stood at attention at the side facing Zonh.

I have summoned you here today because of this most urgent situation, said Zonh. Only a few of you really know the importance of what recently transpired, so, to the young initiates and Votars, welcome. We are at the precipice of a great challenge. This is an opportunity to provide a great service. This is a planning meeting preparing the actual requirements for the expeditions to Rota. His tone was serious and concerned. Lash and Vayla seated next to the Arhala argued silently. It annoyed Zonh and he said to them sharply, I have decided upon this, it is the course of action we must take.

Vayla and Lash relented, but obviously did not agree with whatever was happening. The Arhala seemed tense, an unusual sight. He almost had to steady himself as he spoke.

The Hyrayarch is sealed off, none of you will leave, no one else will enter. As Votars it your special charge to control the movement in and out of the Sanctuary.

I turned and looked at Norstar he was nodding and smiling. Does nothing get to him? I thought. This was weird, I know the Hyrayarch in fact the whole country is having problems, but I certainly could not see this as a reason to become totally alienated from the culture.

We are closing our doors to the world. What about the scholars and scientists who utilize our lectures and libraries. What of the healers who bring their patients in for advisement. This action would bring serious ramifications. I held steady in concentration as I was guided in the School of Sciences.

As you know, in the Province of Ra, above Alpera in the mountains of the Bordji Meru a series of tremendous earthquakes have devastated a large portion of the Province. Zonh, spoke more slowly. Our concern involves the following; in the last of these quakes one of our expeditions observed a stone encased form that is an artifact from a previous civilization. What we have guessed to be true is. This is not the home of a pile of bones or the rubbish of some primitive people our anthropologists have found again and again. We have told you of this Pillar. It is indeed a marker set in solid rock using a very high technology. It is known to be hollow and it has astronomical inscriptions and mathematical formulas on the exterior. What we have not said is that we are the only ones that know of this and that it contains the legendary Noens that have been preserved from the Silantan Civilization. It is these artifacts the Hyrayarch must return to safety and avoid their falling into the wrong hands. It is not legend, we are assured they are within this structure.

Zonh smiled, he was now very relaxed at having said this. A few of the senior initiates and teachers were not relaxed, they seemed gravely disturbed by these statements. The Noens are unlimited power sources that operate as lenses and bring in power from other dimensions. Their power operates in a series of higher successive oscillations between dimensions. The white and black magicians who used these in the Silantan civilization brought havoc to the world and its ultimate demise according to the legends.

As yet we have not entered into the structure, nor made any excavations below it. It appears impenetrable. But, and Zonh smiled again, rubbing his nose, I am sure we will find a way in. He looked at Vayla, she nodded in certainty.

With certainty he looked over a list and said, the following students will report to Zobrin immediately to be brought into the Votar training program, Rysa, Zadir, Issand, Tylar, Toron, Norstar, and Isyr.

You have an awesome task ahead of you good luck and congratulations.

Throughout the fourth level of the Hyrayarch security is intensive. Alpha level clearance is required to enter into the nucleus of the Sanctuary. The clearance procedure requires ring resonance equalization. The resonance platform has holographic sensors to check recognize frequency vibrations. Each Votar has a resonant coding based upon the biological ANR. I confirmed my identity and clearance level through the interface. The clearance required further identity verification with the Retina Iridoscope.

Above the first level the Hyrayarch takes on the order of a precise machine. It functions according to systematic principles. In some ways I am not prepared for entry in the fourth level. The security is extremely stringent.

The rigors a Votar is put through before placement positioning is flawlessly complete. Purity requirements and intelligence testing go far beyond the state institute's professorship programs or the military training of government forces. The Votar is required to implant the code and establish linkage with group mind. This requirement is an initiation from the deepest inner sanctum of self.

The movement of circumstances forced Zonh to jump our timing and graduation under current circumstances. The Arhala moved ahead of schedule, but he says we have earned it. In my heart I want this. I am ready but for what? I feel myself begin to shake as the Iridoscope looks through me with its lasers checking personal neurological codings. It is checking over five million functions including my every thought process, physical and emotional stability. This seems to take an eternity to process. I have had, my responses studied by it before but not under this stressful circumstances nor with the reticence of many of my superiors. I don't expect Zobrin to be completely assured of our confidence level.

Finally, this analysis is complete. I watch and see my suspense relieved. I am given authorization. The door opens automatically. The clean smooth white walkways funnels me towards the solid glass doors to the office of the Commander. Behind these doors I am now under the authority of Zobrin.

My scientific white robe drapes over loosely fitting pants that will soon be replaced by the fitted black flight suit. Everything within this office is immaculate, white and black. The air cool and refreshing. The area is entirely automated with glistening clean operating systemas working diligently. Nizar is seated at his communications work station. He is engrossed in telecom dialogue with a Votar in flight. Past his station the briefing room of the Votars awaits.

Coming under the direction of Zobrin creates an anxious unprepared hesitance in me. He is the commander and powerful. Lash worked to prepare my will, Vensia brought me into my heart, Dr. Akinr and Remak worked to prepare my mind and Dr. Siana brought me to understand my body. Zobrin will prepare my courage. With a deep breath I move aggressively forward. I am ready to take the mantle of power and hold this energy. I am a Votar.

Zadir standing off to my left in the briefing room talking with Issand and Tylar distracts my attention. I met him earlier but knew very little about him.

Zadir, You always seem to get places before me, I greeted him feeling his uncomfortable cold aura. He hides behind a face of importance.

Yes, I do seem to be ahead of you Rysa, He said in reply. Zadir did not say anything else and left me with a self-possessed stare. How could he could be part of the Hyrayarch at all, I wondered. I do not understand his personality. Zadir has great intelligence, energy and gets things done. He has tested perfectly throughout his training, but he lacks any feeling or compassion.

Rysa come over here, Issand called to me from across the room. What do you think of yesterday's council and our sudden promotions?

I think now it is much more serious than we realized, I said. I want and appreciate this opportunity. I am very pleased to be brought into training, but surprised on how quickly everything is changing. I wish to continue pursuing the scientific studies.

There will be much more scientific work, Issand assured me. I spoke with Dr. Remak about our movement out of science training and he told me that he too was being brought under the command guidance of the Zobrin for a special mission. He said there are some incredible events happening across the entire world. The entire Hyrayarch is mobilizing for inconceivable change. He won't tell us what happened either.

I am afraid we won't have time for our game, Issand remarked as we awaited our appointment. I enjoy our challenges. I will beat you again at trexn soon. This training requires all of our time and then some.

We have no time for fun, said Tylar making gestures and joking around. Zadir where are you going?

Away from you, Zadir said as he moved to the other side of the room to speak with Isyr. Zadir always protects himself, never allowing anyone to see who he is. Have misjudged him, I wondered. Or perhaps he is exactly like I feel him to be.

Without Zadir the conversation turned to fun. I laughed when Tylar said, Rysa, I see you have eyes for Senea. He looked at me with his eyes grinning and his face brimming with joy. Tylar's large smile broke me into laughter. He was always ready to laugh. I enjoy his humor. He was born not far from from Mirach and my instant friend from long ago, before the Ingersol, during our state training.

Who would not have eyes for her? I said. I would be happy to share time with her.

Yes, I know I would like to share time too. Issand laughed. She is so beautiful, but there many lovely women here, I must be available to all of them. As he finished remarking about how all the women love him, Norstar burst into the room. In an instant he walked quickly by us and through the waiting area and on towards the door. He walked straight up to the watchman Toron.

Let me see Commander Zobrin now, He demanded. Norstar had a charged ominous energy full of anxious rage.

Norstar was in the university before and left and now has rejoined, Tylar told me quietly. Zonh allowed him to return, but Lash and Zobrin were against it and very adverse to his return.

There are no secrets from others. Tylar's bold truth was proven by his perceptive insight. He knew a lot more about everyone and everything than he let on with his big humorous nature.

Zobrin has not returned, so you will wait quietly, Toron told Norstar.

I will wait, Norstar mumbled. I will also see him first.

Norstar's name means, simply the north star, Tylar said from our distance. He is from Aquilla in the north east of Ion near Tquanji. The star that guides Aquilla is from another galaxy. It shines with a cold luminesce that reminds one of a burning oil lamp.

Tylar, Issand and I discussed many other things waiting for Zobrin to return.

The government sees the Hyrayarch as a technological threat, Tylar said. They are very puzzled by us. They are using the internal detectives to find out information how our University has developed the technological capability of the VOTs and transmutative metabolics.

We have powerful internal leadership control over this knowledge, Issand reminded Tylar, letting his voice be heard. The government will not be able to find out.

I would not be so sure, Tylar countered. They are forming alliances with the Ingersol to break through our defenses. The Ingersol has its own motives to attack us. We do not agree with their dogma, nor their goals. The Hyrayarch is not associated with the State Academy or Governmental Legions. Elected representatives within the Government are setting new structures to limit our powers to teach and maintain business with the conglomerates. We are fortunate the conglomerates are motivated more by greed than by paranoia. The successful commerce of the Hyrayarch has contributed to many powerful friends in the private sector.

The Hyrayarch is enclosed with our Sanctuary but we do not hide. We have been very forth coming about the philosophy, Issand replied as I listened to their conversation. Look at the the distinctive features of this skyscraper. We stand out above the government buildings and the business sector. The Sanctuary is a marvelous structure with many apparent unique attributes. Look at this fourth level. It is quite a architectural feat in itself.

Yes you are correct Issand, Tylar said. The fourth level has a complete hanger and flight deck. The Hyrayarch is begrudgingly given technological credit for many advances but our masters are very careful to keep certain information away from the government. This is because of the jealously they have for the Hyrayarch.

What do you mean Tylar? Issand asked. What kind of information are you speaking of?

You will learn very soon as I suspect we are in for some exquisite knowledge in this training, He said with a smirk. The Government is very dissatisfied with the amount of control they have over us.

For instance the state science education prepared Dr. Atinr for a good position in the private sector within the Scientific Research Conglomerate but he refused and came to the Hyrayarch, Tylar said. They had the powerful infrastructure and advanced technological fundamentals to develop and produce new energy system prototypes but Dr. Akinr chose the Hyrayarch.

As they spoke I looked around the briefing room and I saw through a window a two Votars and a couple of Votcraft, a Trivex and one solitary Voxet!

Shivers ran up an down my spine as I saw the form of the ship. excited me the tingles continued to run up and down my spine. The sight of a Voxet thrilled me. I could see the lone Voxet sitting near the deck without any one around it. Painted white with chrome and black electron fiber coated biospheric trimmings. The hum of the Votcraft is unmistakable as I heard the hum of its whirling photonic turbine landing on the flight deck.

Dr. Remak suddenly came through the door looking soiled and tired, behind him walked Zobrin. They both had black flight suits on and entered abruptly.

We stood up immediately saluting our commander with the right raised palm. He acknowledged our protocol.

Dr. Remak stood in Zobrin's wake in uncharacteristic stillness and discipline. The bright green emblem of the Votars on the black flight suits entranced my vision. The power, passion, and self-control it signified expanded my confidence skyward.

You have been chosen become Votars. It is a privilege to be here remember this, Zobrin said and avoided all small talk. As you know my name is Zobrin. I am commander of the Votars. I want each of you to realize all teaching is directed at group effort and not upon personal advancement. You will become part of a team called the Pentanx. The five of you represent the final group of Votars we expect to train. The Pentanx is made up of two Votcraft and three Voxets. In this grouping we have a strategic advantage in any situation. Our military goals are defense and you have enough power to protect the Hyrayarch. Our defense systems are made of spherical shields interlaced between a network of harmonic fabricators. This creates overlapping and centering energy fields between Votars.

Zobrin, looked at each of us as a drop of sweat rolled off his forehead. From his dark piercing brown eyes I sensed a lot of irritation.

He looked straight at Norstar and said, I don't think you are good enough to be a Votar, Norstar! what do you think?

Norstar sat back in his seat as Zobrin leaned over into his personal field.

I am more than ready sir, he said wavering under the pressure but firmly stating his conviction. I am here to follow the course of the Hyrayarch.

looking down upon him Zobrin shook his head and pounded his fist in the glove of his right hand. Norstar continued to stare directly in his eyes holding his resolve.

I will get to know each of you as well as I know Norstar, and we will not be friends. I look for strength and courage in my Votars, He said in a businesslike tone. Zobrin looked in my direction. I am your commander and you are here to take orders from me and carry them out. You have a long and difficult road ahead and it will not be easy at all. Many things will make it even more difficult.

Dr. Remak, Zobrin said. Dr. Remak responded and stood up and moved to the front quickly to the front of the briefing room. Dr. Remak will discuss elements of VOT technology. It is essential to your ability to enter hyper dimensional space.

Tylar turn the lights down and assist Dr. Remak with the visuals, commanded Zobrin and Tylar immediately complied.

You must learn some things of the operations of the Voxet before we go into physical training, Dr. Remak said as he began seeming quite exhausted from whatever they were doing before their arrival.

Above on the screen the images of the Sanctuary and the city of Riusm flew by. The visual was fast as we raced by the skyscrapers at a tremendous speed. The next images showed gaining altitude over Ion and moving out over the ocean.

The electrorobotic mechanism of the Voxet functioned in ordered sequence with the pilot as it moved down towards the ocean below. The film narrated the effectiveness of the VOT and the capabilities of Votcraft. The technology our Scientists have allowed the Hyrayarch is highly advanced over contemporary vehicles and systems.

VOT technology contains pure mental transference of thought and power of the human mechanism through the VOT, Visceral Origination Technology, Dr. Remak said. Dr. Akinr was responsible for the development of the first prototype years ago, but the technology has a long history. VOT technology is designed around the mind of the Votar, but not just the mind, the emotions, and the power centers are relayed within neuroassociative transmitters at every grid point on the body.

The body of the Votar becomes a thinking unit within the flight suit. We have not found the limit to what it can do only what our best Votar can. The VOT challenges the Votar to learn and control his will in order to minimize effort and maximize system level interactions.

The most remarkable function of the VOT is the undivided connection with the vitality of the Votar. The machine becomes a living entity within the framework of the mind of the Votar. The extension of man to machine is made within the VOT. The actual mechanism we use to coordinate the VOT with the pilot is a small interconnected series of conductive transponders unified in synthetic series and contained in your flight suits on the etheric grid points.

Each flight suit is fitted exactly upon every meridian grid point and and neurotransmitter conduits. When the aligned mental impulses are raised a vibratory synthetic fusion interplays within thought force and the on board tectonics computer developing an inter system harmonic.

The synthesizing computer within the VOT creates an interdimensional temporal spatial warp. The force of thought creates a the sub-atomic quantum harmonic reaction that activate the graviton cyclotronic synthesizers. This accelerates the frequency signature which is the vibrational pattern of the VOT. The Votcraft moves at extreme speeds which are translated through reducing space time differentials.

We must be careful in our operations not to make apparent our actual speeds in our testing. This has been a difficult process as they are suspecting our cover up. The Government is questioning our testing speeds and are suspicious of the enormous power our regeneration systems develop. We have complied with many of their requests but protect our technology.

Dr. Remak completed his narration of the video as I sat in awe at the ramifications of what I had witnessed. I looked over at Tylar as I saw him with his jaw open, almost drooling at possibilities of speed and travel. I understand why the Votars are so well disciplined now. They were connected to infinite power and must be in control.

We have found no limit in power that can be produced by the interactions. Dr. Remak reassured us. It is our belief the technology we have encountered has a direct relationship to the unified field of pure energy that exists as the basis of our universe.

The simplicity of our construction techniques and the courage of our Votars to take themselves to the outer limits of disciplined thought and endurance has raised the power to cosmic proportions.

The energy system is based upon the spin factors of plasmic photonic turbines have shown that the primary vorlauts are created through the use of frequency sounds. This results in the high squealing tone of the plasmic photonic turbines. This high frequency response is based upon a new understanding of dimensions. Our technological advisors are working in research and development and are activating holographic imaging equipment along with lighted electromagnetic sensors to test for defects.

Zobrin left the briefing as Dr. Remak continued. The effect of Dr. Remak in this setting as empowering the Votars gave me a greater respect for his credentials. He is well regarded at state institutes and would be accepted back to any of the private academies.

The reasons we have been working to understand transdimensional physics is so you may find the elements that are the conductive electronic nodes in the creation of matter through magnetic fields. First a magnetic field is not just one dimensional but is an interdimensional time distortion. It is a gateway from one place to another. Science has perceived this on a surface but in each concept there is an error. An error of judgement that must be rectified by the Heart. The movement of time is crucial.

Time is the first dimension.

Let us redefine the dimensional systems, Dr. Remak went on. First there is the temporal dimension. This is created from current desire and so their is time. This is referred to as electron movement and is the most active principle. The nature of all life is based upon a charge. The charge requires a conductor to manifest and so it is based upon the particularizing of matter in order to carry a spin and thus a charge. Without spin there can be no charge. The movement of the sun in its cycle is another formation of the spin understanding. The intelligence of this is that there is movement and to be movement time is required. Time is the first and most necessary dimension for creation.

The second dimension we shall redefine and discuss as the myriadic dimensional system,

or simply the Dimension of Light.

This is explained as the movement of consciousness into other time cells. The time cell is directly related to the electron shell or the vehicle of the central core. The central core is the nucleus point or the center point of consciousness. This dimension is consciousness and awareness and so it is both the active and passive, real and unreal. This is the level of dual realities and the conclusion of completion that all things are possible. This activation of the dimensions breaks the time shell and turns matter into plasma and so this is called the dimension of light. The dominion of time is not called dark for it is that which all is based. Time allows for reaction. The dimension of light is that which is both the wave and the particle and so it is both. This is the movement of time, light is the movement from one side to the other but in such a way that it is in already both these places. In current physical science it is related roughly to the photon but you seem to have a difficulty in understanding what a photon really is.

A photon is light that is always conceived to the source that it is emanating from, it is never a particle, a photon can be seen in its effect but this does not relate it to a particle. The movement of its activity is based upon radiative or radial alchemy. The proximity of light, time and space relates to effect not speed. All is energy, energy is the constant. The movement of light is powered thought and is the underlying essence of the universe, thought is energy. The light essence is the fluid response, the ocean of spirit.

Science speaks of particle force to bind matter based in either positive charged activity or neutral balanced energy. This is the will force because it is that which is in the center. It is the element that the stars finally return to. They become what is known as a black star. This would be a misrepresentation for the black star is not black at all but the most brilliant stars in the universe. The clustering of mass so tight is not really what is being brought about either it is the consolidation of energy into a single directed force that has a inner pull of inertial radiation.

It is the gateway process of pulsations from one dimension to another through the evolutionary and involuntary chain reaction response. When the star has matured from the dust of space to a point of pure potential of complete and total actuality there is activation of the cosmic charge. The remnants of the involutionary implosion of energy is pure light beyond the known spectrum.

The interdimensional energies you are being brought to understand are coming through a series of black holes that are beginning to line up in parallel universes. These are emanating from the center of our own galaxy. This movement forms the macrocosm to the mirror is one that is being aligned from levels beyond the imagination. The powers of the cosmic rays that are being emanated are directly related to interdimensional forces of consciousness that will expand your awareness to a point where you will break through the shells of personality and frequency controls.

The movement of time is allowing for this development. This is a planned event and one that can be experience as series of black stars in successive progression through temporal dimensions that will bring on a power surge of the most massive type. Since these rays are clustered through cosmic radiation they are stronger than anything before experienced. You will begin to note structures and intelligences presently unknown. You will also note that the positioning of our galactic center is being aligned with a universal grid of connective singularities.

These galactic centers are set in a universal as well as planetary configuration to bring about a reference beam with our interference life patterns. When the Hyrayarch and the planetary center comes into exact alignment within the node of the super universe structure the attunement of energy will bring about a transformation.

Dr. Remak did not read from notes here but was bringing in knowledge from his own mind through a technique the scientists here have enabled, inference manifestation of science through the intuitive vision.

Allow your body to be your electromagnetic guide and have it point out to you the directions of this energy force and from where it is moving. The center of your body is the heart and this is the place to find your intuition and so your scientific vision can be brought to the true life with magnetized progression. As you venture into the unknown territory of intuitive language your present understanding will become utterly inadequate to transcribe the words that are understandable. You may find the the movement between numbers, shapes, forms and words will work the best. This knowledge will be transmitted and receive through third eye telepathically.

This may seem far from your present awareness but the activation of these centers begins with the trust of your mind to receive and to send. You will do best when you allow your mind to go as fast as possible when the energy is being transmitted and then allow for the clarity of this vision to be edited into form that would most serve and be the most creative.

The science of the temporal dimension is based upon the magnetic lines of force within physical elements. All elements are contained within the physical body. They are based upon a structure that is founded on network grids of force placed in electromagnetic polarized vibrations. They are held by the fluids of conductive biological frequency materials. This is called ANR. The ANR. The ANR is the basic intelligence in every cell. Anali Nous Relisa is not a product of this earth or even of this particular universe. It is the basis of all the life patterns that are created through the universe and all of its dimensions. The dimensions are still being built as ANR is still forming in the multidimensional experience which goes beyond time for time as the typical linear function of life is completely untrue.

Time is a pulsation and it requires the dimension of light to function from one consciousness to another. This is the basics of the standard theory of relationships. There is a consciousness and awareness and in all things there are two. There is time and so space and time are integral linked. From time then there is ensuing space.

Notice space is divided into shape. Shape is part of space and should not be misconstrued as separate dimensions.

The function of numbers as you know them is also a complete fallacy because of the the errors in the Standard Theory of Relationship. Numbers are not lineal, or 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 etc. They are made upon the same forge at the same time as when space is splintered by time from the singularity. From the singular there is the pulsations of 9 and then of 9 again. This is the duality and so you have the 18. The 18 is a principle of the movements of numbers through the negative and positive polarities. The first movement is of 18 is divided into three sixes. There are unlimited possibilities from this pattern.

There is a difference in the biological frequency or even mundane corporal reality of the seven, which corresponds to modulation. To help you in this understanding you must allow yourself to look beyond what you know of rays and see it as a repeating pattern of interlocking sevens. These are the odd numbers from 1 to 3 to 5 to 7 and to 9. The movement of essence the total pulsation is represented by 9. Frequency is related by the 7. Creative sensation is related to the 5. Hierarchy is based within the three or the intelligence of the mental awareness.

The formation of the structure of the twos are quite different as they do not allow consciousness. This is part of the plan that is related to circles whereas the threes are related to triangles. The circles are first 2 which is a diameter or in this case the actual modulation from one side of the circle to the other so the 2 relates directly to polarity. The four requires the principle of manifestation. The four corners relate to the square but also the sphere. The sphere is required from the circle of the two, being based in only the diameter. The movement of the quaternary is the birth of life. The four requires life and that it be based on a system of four.

The six is the mixture of life into the creative matrix with intelligence. Duality of the three crosses and triangles of force. Six is divisible by three which indicates that theory is awareness within this structure. Six can be divided and become something other than what it was by becoming two threes. This is significant as no other number in the pulsation system will become a reflection of the other side of the numerical pulsation in this manner. With the 8 the movement is to become two fours which is the octave and the rebuilding of the cycle through the nine.

In the way of the development here you may find that you are filling cognizant of the system but there is much more to numbers and their relationships that you need to learn.

In learning these things you will find the opening up of a new consciousness requires your heart to open as a doorway and a gateway to this knowledge, Dr. Remak said. Numbers are very crucial to understanding these concepts. The next area of force is to deal with magnetic spin in space for this is the allowance of diversity.

This is the extension of the movement. Spin alone is the basis of time for it is the movement with itself from one time locale to another. Rotation is the actual causation for the activation of electromagnetic dimensional energy. All spins within and upon itself sending or radiating and gravitating.

This process is the basis of centering or grounding. All dimensional electromagnetic reactions are based upon a ground and so the first ground of a planetary or stellar body is based within its center. This is the core, the nucleus of all matter. For the next position comes the positioning of the accretion disk which is the outer level of the auric envelope. The presence of electromagnetic fields stimulate magnetic realms and creates a personality shell or body.

All the actions of the particles are placed in varying degrees of spin, charge and movement in a spatial grid. This is in essence time. Time is seen to change with density. as the light constant is effected by the destiny of the experience as it travels in matter. The frequencies of these vibration patterns are so lowed and reduced when traveling through a different medium.

The medium of matter is the magnetic interplay of forces upon a spatial grid placed in differing proportional intervals which effect the movement of light. Time is the inconsistent part of the equation.

Light is consistent in its movement through one medium and logically apparent that the speed is changed in another medium. The rules have not changed in the other substance. But when it is realized that light is not moving at the same level there must be inferred a time distortion as related to the standard theory of relationships. When light bends according to the movement around a highly gravitized body the question again, is since the universe is not based on linear measurement then there must be a discrepancy in the adjustments of the observers. The observers are based in consciousness and therefore have a time location. The time location is in constant movement and so it cannot be stationary according to current science or otherwise it would be the center of the universe and thus a singularity, black star, or interdimensional doorway. Thus it would be outside of the first dimension of temporal correlation.

Time is a relative energy. Light, matter and energy are constants. So in the Standard Theory of Relationships the basic assumption that there is speed, matter and energy are incorrect. The first assumption must be based upon the formation of matter. Matter is based upon magnetic interactions of proportions between differing magnetic forces of polarity and thus energy and the seeming streams between them are formed. This creates the grid networks and are based in the numerical pulsations which correlate to the sequential manifestation of geometrics.

The requirement of faster than light travel is for the the etheric essence of light and the completion of all the other formulas in understand light is consciousness.

Time is the first dimension and you will be well advised to see how magnetis, sound and light interelate in the second. From the timeless center of the one time is the first the will of Zyan to create. The prime creator sets up creation into form by the sounding, the emanation of the pulsations.

Sound is the movement of time. It is the music of the spheres. From this silent sound comes the magnetism of frequency. The frequency is the movement of numbers forma positive to a negative scale and rules the laws of pulsation which can only be manifested through the actualization of the potential through the temporal dimension.

The next is the third dimension or the spatial dimension. This is related to intelligence and all shapes and experiences are in communication here.

The fourth dimension is related to the laws and principles of relationship. It is the harmony and conflict of the laws of particle interactions. This is the area of actual motion. Motion is brought from one place to another through the process of etheric gravitation, of like and like and attraction and reaction. This is also the world of individual consciousness.

The fifth dimension is of interdimensional consciousness and so it is creative and based in creativity of co-creation. The motions that are effected and affected by all individual consciousnesses in a mixed synergy. The relationship is thus provided with dimensions with dimension to manifest the power. The co-creational energy is based upon the stepping down from one level to anther and so this is the perfect harmonization of science. This allows the entity to switch channels of consciousness. This is where it is all heading and so you may have been brought to a greater clarity of these things.

The development of network alliances of the Pentax provide you with a group system to tap into these powers of force. This is the area wherein you will discover the nature of the fifth dimensional energy and be able to cross the wrinkles in the folds of time.

The integration of the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies is a pre requisite to this result of collapsing time.

We have witnessed extraordinary happenings in the testing of the power of the Vots, Dr. Remak said to the assembled Votars with passion. In testing we have found the power of super light travel is a very transitory experience and so is not noticeable to any other than the Votar themselves and time monitors.

In my own flights the exhilaration is beyond words I can express to you, yet the terror and awe of the power remains. Three days ago I must relay this one experience with you. This was to be my sixth flight in the advanced prototype.

I was given a testing flight plan. I was to reach the 45th parallel over the Alun Ocean and then go in a upward spiral increasing in speed until I widened the circumference of my spiral to 70,000.

The Voxet at first is difficult to operate. The advanced mental/emotional synthesizer creates static with variant thought commands and demands a clear mind.

As I relaxed it became easier to operate and feel every part, piece and element of the Voxet. Without pure concentration you will not even be able to take it off the surface of the deck.

As I was saying I began the maneuvers when I reached the 45th parallel and began climbing increasing speed. My concentration level was very high this day and I moved past 20,000 ksc and began my third spiral when everything became involuntary as breathing.

I laid back not thinking just watching as the Voxet increased speed to over 50,000 ksc moving through the spirals perfectly. I reached 70,000 ksc and the Voxet clicked along with my mind as the purpose of the test had been satisfied. The Voxet performed the function as I asked. I returned to base delighted anticipating my next test.

This is the bonding process of the Vot into your mental/emotional/physical structure. Each Votar will be born into the Voxet with the aid of the suit and training helmets which are directly connected and compatible to the mainframe systems here. In the landing I proceeded in the same way a perfect synthesis of my thoughts with the action of the VOT and the craft itself.

We are all adventuring into a new realm of technology, A living technology, one to take us far beyond the confines of the machine world.

There are very few controls in a Voxet, it is all within the receptors in the helmet and in the suit. You are intrinsically interconnected throughout the mechanical, electrical, and propulsion systems of the craft.

Upon review and analyzing the flight instruments I noticed that the time that I had left and the time I had returned was impossible. The journey to the 45th parallel takes one hour and the return takes one hour at a cruising speed of 20,000 ksc. In noticing the time report I had been gone a total of two hours.

This indicates that in some manner I had reached through a time portal and went through a time collapse in my journey. Our monitors were aware of this as well but have no explanation as they have a linked time frame analysis with me during the test. We are still in research and confusion over this anomaly.

In early classes in the sciences we went over the VOT operations and theoretic implications of the VOT technology. Science has discovered the interdimensional hyperspace theories and time distorting mental inter radiations of energy.

There are many mysteries within and outside of our conceptions of space time.

Dr. Remak is a master of mathematics. From the mind comes form and form is mathematical shape. In re-educational mathematics cycle arcs are repeatable codes that allow for extension.

In everything there is a cycle and in these cycles or you may call them time but time has a linear notion and so we shall use the still two dimensional but more clarifying concept of cycles, He rambled through his work in cycles. These cycles will be represented as spirals so that they are moving on through an expansion process.

Our teaching of the VOT technology is directly related to the extensions of the magnetic plate grids. The magnetics of the world are broken down into quadrants and lines of force. When this is understandable to you then the cycle connection through aspect ratios will be presented.

The next point is to understand the grid points that are connected to world magnetic points. These allow for travel outside of this sphere.

Allow your mind to listen as I understand you may find that some of this is difficult. The cycle connective warps are nothing more than a holes in time. This hole can be considered a turn in the linear structure of the universe.

When there is a turn it appears to observers who were expecting to see the ship, or person at this time suddenly appear or disappear. This distortion or twist allows the pilot to change shapes and thus weave a new pattern.

In understanding the magnetic grids you will begin to see how the Voxets are able to bend and turn at 90 degree angles, reverse direction, go faster than time allows and reform into three dimensional craft. Maneuvering is extremely tricky at this point because of the meditative concentration required. Missing a grid point can be catastrophic. Unfortunately we have learned this the hard way.

The foundational base of VOT technology are threads of etheric energy streams running in all directions from each matrix point.

There are stronger fibers in them but there is a completion of each path to another vortex. Through contact with the interweaving patterns the trifold force of magnetism or the connective energetics of matter produce vortexes of contact. These allow the multiplication of dimensions. You will learn they are based upon numerical divisions of even numbers. That each one when combined will all be divisible by itself and never less than itself. This is creation and so the connective dynamics of the progression of the cycle.

In astrophysical mathematical geometry there is a coordinate relationship of the ecliptic that receives energy in the same way from the universal systems of connective cycles. These energies are based through alignments of this world to the greater spheres of energy fields. Each point of matter is in an interconnected energy grid with other magnetic structures which produces a pull of space time into formation.

Connective cycles must be cognizant as thought forms or ideas in order for there to be dimensional transformation. The logic behind this is that the nature of the magnetic dimensional grids and the movement of consciousness across it effects connective energetics and the cycles of these energetics are based in the relationship of primal tones of each Votar.

This is the cosmological resonance or signature of consciousness. The life form, is the emanating awareness within time. The awareness is set within a stillness vortex. This requires a constant meditation upon the primal tone that the Votar reveals within himself. This centering is the result of the primary attribute of consciousness which is alignment.

Alignment is a self induction bipolar magnetism. It is set up by the magnetic grid interplay. It can be called a chamber and so we use the abbreviation KSC or kinetic stillness chambers. In the chambers of the void or gap between the polarities there is life and the movement between these dimensional chambers relate to the speed of movement.

Life is the activation of passages through associated and clear connections. This allows passage through time by resonating in higher dimensions. It is a simple and recognizable fact that there must be the entering of energy from above and the nourishing of it from below on the dimensional grid basis, this is communication.

The KSC allows for this higher and lower reaction. The greater the distance or frequency between the nodes of the chamber the higher the power is generated. This is empowered by the ability of the Votar alone. The VOT technology only applies the power the power is the Votar.

On a scientific basis the activation of the mind in clear connection with the VOT causes a multiplexing mixing of different frequencies to produce beats whose frequencies are equal to the sum or difference of the original frequencies.

Combination of dissimilar wave structures develops communication beyond the electromagnetic spectrum to other dimensions. These wave structures connect gravitational grid fields through a bonded element attraction. The communications to the other dimensions seemingly activate evolution within the earth at vortex or matrix points of the grid systems.

These world grids are bonded to polarize particles into spiralic right and left handed rotations within the field of gravitational energy. This creates higher telepathic fields which are picked up by our Senchas and they mediate them on emotional spiritual fields.

All is interrelated. The Votars and the Senchas are very much within the same plane. The Votars are moving into the mental field while the sensitives are moving through the emotional fields. Both are attaching to the etheric shield of Lanea.

In time translation experiments the Hyrayarch is finding the key to furthering evolution. The VOT is really a time vehicle. This vehicle creates, controls and manifests electromagnetic descensions into lower time cells or which can be altered to achieve ascensions into higher time cells.

The Voxet is held together in these speeds by geometries that revolve and rise in accord with frequencies and intensities. Each time cell is a vortex of consciousness, a whirling center of energy that is manifesting power. Through this is vortex the central strand leads the VOT into the next time cell.

This is delineated by the brightness of the path. The transference of matter into light is the movement of advancing time cells. Acceleration and deceleration is the movement in time.

Movement between time cells or kinetic stillness chambers is always along this central beam of energy is the grid pathway or what you will see as an arching spiral.

The VOT is the extension of consciousness through dimensions. The VOT controls time translation and is the hookup or overlap between dimensions. It is the connecting interface link, or gateway. The VOT controls the gateway threshold like a valve.

The Votar is the active principle in choosing advancing time and evolution through channeling higher intelligent energy in accordance with the plan of the Hyrayarch or descending into lower time zones and restraining advancement.

The evolutionary plan periodically allows for adjustment and discernment of variations. This is where your discipline is required and your discernment necessary.

Dr. Remak continued his talk upon VOT technology giving us insights beyond the theoretical and into the actual hands on work.

Through this electromagnetic descension energy is held in place inside the vortex. The VOT has transmitters and receivers within it so you may be able to monitor your time zone dimensional travel. This instrument is called the probability map. In the matrix that is set up between the interdimensional vortex there is travel or play that allows for movement along grid lines of the world.

The VOT must moves along the streams of grid radiations in parallel or perpendicular phase. The geometry of this will be explained later but it is imperative to move in harmonics.

The mind of the Votar uses the radiation streams of grid interrelationships to focus thought to specific objective or points of location. Within the total system of the VOT and Votar there is a radiation of probability curves that are transdimensional light emanations rays.

These are not physical but travel and move within an all embracing dynamic energy field composed of multiple magnetic, electromagnetic and hydrospheric unified grid domains overlapped into a vicinity stasis. This is done by using multiple polar probabilities through computer coded five dimensional connections to allow super light space time translations.

As Votars you will learn the operations of the Vots through mathematical gravitational demodulation and recodification of light wave packets.

The magnetic geometric parameters and your individual testing what energy fields need to be crossed will determine what intensity the actual thought forms you are create. The sympathetic individualized thought systems or SITS will assist you in creating the rotational circumversion which is two conic sections of light that allow for relativity to function in one energetic field.

Through the orbits of each magnetic field of the mind and the VOT electromagnetic fields is a spiral of light within a spiral of light is formed. This creates the cosmic lens or gateway. This has been shown to you already as the Noen and so it is a requirement of the Votar to develop and understand the usage of the Noen in the (SITS) thought form generator.

The Noen slows white light into a frequency and allows for molecular creation. There are no concrete objects in higher force fields, motion all depends on grid order and template positioning for atomic traveling is dependent upon particular molecular frequencies.

Matching coordinates through the instrumentation will appear as pulsing shapes pyramids, pentagons or hexagons. The next step is the organization into the triune vehicle into a singular formation. This sets up coordinates in the field being entered matching Votar control.

All lines of force and frequencies must be controlled in order to utilize the gateway affect through the time cells. This is accomplished by the use of a toros flow vacuum responder that biochemically recrystallizes and respatializes the Votar into a wave form and so the body is raised to the etheric level.

The first day of Votar training was over and my mind was stretched beyond itself. I was hungry and tired from the mental work. Issand and I decided to go down to the recreational level for a swim.
