Invocation
Mind stilled, voices quieted over the threshold , Sanctity held at heart ,receptive
focus, and then by invocation we offer the cumulative rhythm of "Oneness"
Divine In All
In my heart I hear the heartbeat
In the silence where I know my soul
How ever often will the Divine reach out
In the darkness and in the light

The waters of the ocean flow around
The waves come again and again rebound
The Divine will ever often reach out
For I am found with the Son I AM

The wonder of the land Within
Speaks the voice of my closest Friend
Forever will my soul respond
To the everpresent one

There is Divine in All
The Present
- As your work in manifestation requires the release of the "lambs' Breath"
now, it will be your decision to choose the higher passage and connections. Expect that
your vision must be held constantly until the word of power has come to be known....This
word can be accessed through the quiet repetition of AUM until the word sounds forth
through you and then the release of energy from the crown chakra will lead you to the
authority to DO.
The most important message to those on the second is to make contact
with the Presence now. Through direct meditation and serious intent, one may begin to
receptively awaken to the inspiration and revelation of their host. The missing link in
many students consciousness today is the missing rhythm of the host within. To be one with
the soul is the call to union today. Only when one has eventuated union of rhythm with the
Presence can they expect to be GIVEN the vision of eternity and much more. Many speak of
GOD and yet so few actually will this communion into being. IT marks the end of the not
self and the beginning or remembering of the true self. Go in to the root of yourself,
wait patiently and quietly for a rhythm of the presence to increase in the heart chakra.
With eyelids closed, direct you sight into the front of same. Dismiss all impression from
mind until the fire in the heart begins to engulf yourself. -

The Curtain of the Dawn (The Dreamer's Eye)

The Dream came upon me in the Midnight
The face of the dawn was still far off
As the dream became a vision I thought
Within I am the maker of it all

I chance to get a glimpse of destiny
As I lay asleep in the Dream of Me
Always and forever I remember
Fate lies within the Dreamer's Eye

The truth you are to be left for lost
Imagine how it might be to remember
If the dream were me and the dreamer I

The cadence of victory marches by
As I watch the Knower watching me
I sort through the versions of this day
I beckon the stars in the skies to claim

Other eyes within this dream know where I am
For they see past the curtain of the dawn
A light cast by the Sun reflected by the Love
Of the world I know only in a dream
Celestial Mirror
One of the things that he mirrored back to me was a question regarding the history of a
particular religion. His response to that was it is not so much what you believe in, but
why you believe it. I have had to look at that, and I've had to go back and look at all
the belief systems I have. Are they really mine, or are they something that I have been
fed that I believe is true, and I am basing my perceptions on the idea that they are or
are not true?
................ , when you are having a relationship, where does the love come from?
When you are having a relationship with your family, where does that love come from? When
you are having a relationship with the universe, where does that love come from? Well, the
obvious answer is that it comes from me, which is what I said to him. He turned back to me
and asked me, why do you then believe you have a shortage of love in your life? Again, it
all goes back to belief systems. If they are right, we created all of this to watch how
our thoughts can create matter. So, in essence, everything is a belief system.

Things Change, But They Remain the Same:
We still have basically the same situation. The ET's are still here. The names and
faces change, but they still have the same mindset - control, control, control. Looking at
the parallels with ancient times, today instead of pharoahs you have presidents, prime
ministers and kings. In terms of priesthoods, today you have religions and bankers. Those
of you who have done research will see the power that secret societies have because of
money, and how virtually every country on the planet is bankrupt, and how small groups of
men are controlling everything. These men are apparently doing the bidding of the ET's,
because the whole point of this coming down on this planet is to take self-rule and free
will away from us. The idea is to make things so bad on the planet that the masses will
beg to be "saved." According to the Andromedans, if you do not accept self-
responsibility, and you allow somebody to come in and "save" you, you do not
permanently evolve. I'm not here to buck anybody's belief system. I'm here to share with
you what they've said.
Then, you've got the military. You've got nuclear weapons and techology far beyond
anything we know. Mutually assured destruction. It's an interesting concept. Then, you
have the masses. So, as you can see, nothing has really changed, except now we have ways
to destroy ourselves.

Meditations
Breath in slowly and calm you emotions. Breathe out like the tide going out to sea,
gradually and without force. Just let the air go in and out, slowly coming in and slowly
retreating outward. Breathe in and feel the smoothness of the air that is exhaled from
your body and how easily it comes back in to fill your lungs.
Imagine that you are at the seashore and on a beautiful beach of white sands. It is
warm and comfortable and there is a light breeze blowing across your face. You feel the
air is cool and smell the spray of the ocean as it drifts through the air as you breathe
it in. Feel the waters all around you and allow them to come up and wash over your feet.
Let the waters wash our feet clean in the soft wet sand. Now allow the waters to drift
away back into the ocean as you breathe out the air from your lungs. It is mid day and it
is warm and everywhere it is full of light and you are alone on the beach. You can see for
miles and miles out into the ocean and you feel how deep and powerful the ocean is as a
wave crashes into the shore above you. You see the turbulence of the waters as they move
with great power into the rocks sending the water spraying high into the air. You feel
part of this power and it resonates in your being with clarity. You feel healthy and alive
and every atom in your body moves with the ocean and feels the rhythm of the flow of the
tides and waves.
You are in a transcended state of consciousness now and feel a lightness all around you
and as you breathe out this calm breath the ocean becomes smooth and have become a crystal
clear lake, still and quiet with trees all around from shore to shore. Across the lake you
see a light sparkle in all the colors of the rainbow. The waters are calm and look like a
mirror, reflecting back the images of the tall pine, cedar and fir trees that surround the
lake. You begin to walk across the lake feeling the water on your feet and you sense that
you will not sink for you are lighter than the water. Your movements are like a floating,
skimming across the top of the water to the other side. In the center of the lake it feels
like you are within a great bowl of creation, from here you can see the shore on all sides
and within this center it is peaceful, there are no needs, or wants or desires because it
is all yours.
This is your lake and you are fulfilled by its beauty. You move to the other side and
there upon the shore sits a jewel that has been reflecting the sun like a prism to guide
you to here. And as you pick up the crystal that is offered you there is a path that leads
up and beyond the lake towards the west where the sun has just set. You follow the colors
of the sunset through the woods and your journey is the experience and the wonder and you
hear a voice calling you with love.
See within a great ocean and a dark Island. This Island is alone and far out in the
sea. It is dark and quiet. The waves lap up to the shore and a fog wraps around its
shores. The night is cool and there are clouds around its fertile valleys. It is
springtime and the wind is gently blowing.
On this Island there is a mountain that stands tall and alone. From the clouds a
lightening strike hits the mountain top of the small island. It brightens the night and
sparks a great vision of the sea around this dark island. In that moment there is a
oneness, a flash across the horizon of the future.
The mountain stands firm and solid and the fog begins to lift and the air feels
electric. As the fog lifts in the distance a light begins to emanate deep rich blues into
the night sky and stars are shining even more brightly just before sunrise.
Stand on your mountain top and breathe in the freshness of the morning as a new day is
being born. Feel the sun from under the earth traveling towards you. It will soon rise
above the horizon and the darkness that has surrounded your island with its cloak of
protection will be born again into the light.
The flowers await the light to open to the sun and spread their fragrances on the
breeze. Listen as the waves wash upon the shore cleansing the land and the water. Breath
out the happiness to your island home because you know all again is paradise.
This vision is to guide you into meditation and assist you to know that there is day
and night on paradise. You are preparing your heart to open as you learn to follow your
intuition and trust your flash of insight. There is always a truth and a clarity in
change. Relationships may have brought and bring stability and growth and fulfill your
needs and still you wish subconsciously or consciously for a spiritual path. This path is
not always looked on with favor by your partners but it is you that knows that you must
lead yourself and the ones you love and your children through the fear of the unknown
night into the light of a new morning. Listen to Humanity and know that what it needs you
need. By finding your needs fulfilled you help all to understand the path to the mountain
top to witness the sunrise.
Allow yourself a moment to rest comfortably and breathe in the calm refreshing air. Air
fills and flows through every pour and cell of your body. It lifts you up and cleanses
everything in your aura with light. Breathe in and know that you are this air. This air is
like a circle and moves in larger and larger circles connecting to you to all others
interlocking and releasing with freedom and ease.
Breathe in the warmth of the light as you feel this air move throughout you and sense
that it moves between and around the smallest atoms of matter. There is nothing that the
air does not touch or bring life to. The air can move and as it does it carries love with
it. It carries love to every portion of your being. This divine life giving air that you
breathe in reaches down and touches your emotional self in the deepest part of your being.
Feel it in the center of your being as an ocean. This ocean moves with the light breeze
and is refreshed by it. It calms the waters and picks up the spray of a zest for life.
From within your solar plexus rests this ocean and in this ocean you can feel a soft
glowing orb of light. Breathe out to this light your love. This is your soul waiting for
you to bring it out into the sunlight and warmth of the world. This lesser light is
magnetic and as you breathe into this light within yourself it grows brighter and the
waters around it open up and hold it within the crescent of a moon, a celestial bowl. You
see that you are a star within the ocean of space and breathe in this light into your
heart.
You feel this light rise up from the ocean and grow in brilliance as a greater light
from above you reaches down and pulls you upward above the ocean and you have a feeling of
lightness as you move upwards towards it. In every breath you feel the lower light and the
higher light merge in your heart as the center of breath. In this center where the two
lights merge you are home. This is the breath of Christ and in it your bring together your
light within your heart so that you may share the love you have.
As you rest within the time between the breath of inhalation and exhalation you relax
and recreate your world with the inner beauty and outer form. Sandra you sense your own
worth and know that your own inner companion accepts your life for who you are now. Your
dreams and world below are seen in timeless love and with understanding of where you
destiny will take you. In all of this you await for one with wisdom to inspire your love
and with kindness to raise you up above, and be your savior of the dawn.
Recall the light within the ocean and now see it as a star in the sky above you. You
are reaching and moving closer to it as it grows in more brilliance and color. You move
quickly home to embrace it with eternal love, sharing and peace.
Loosen your jaw, breathe in and relax. Open your eyes to the light around you and feel
the spaciousness of the world above you. The world extends out in every direction and goes
on and on to infinity. Deep within you as you look down you see a light. It looks like a
sparkling small twinkling light, it is bright and sharp with brilliance.
This sparkling light comes up through you now like a laser beam and it streams up
through your body to form a pillar of light. As it reaches the top of your head it turns
into a fountain of light going off in every direction.
The fountain of light dances in color, brilliance and change. It is focused in the
center of your mind and you feel your consciousness understand each element and each light
like each child on the planet. You watch and see how you have created each spark, each
stream of light and watch as they go off into the infinite distance to form stars.
In your single small spark you have drawn in close together like a laser beam and have
created it into the diversity of the world. Each focused thought you have is a diamond in
the rough that is cut, shaped and refined and given up for everyone to see and love.
Allow your light to form a pillar of strength that guides you into the past to uncover
what you saw as darkness and find the diamond that will reveal to the world beauty and
perfection. Now see the laser stream of light go through this crystal in your heart center
and feel and create the colors and life stream of children out of your heart.
Build now the universal home form them in the form of a blue pearl that surrounds all
life and everyone in it in protection and mercy. The law of love guides you to do this and
the law of mercy dissolves all pain and error with forgiveness.
How does it feel to know you are a living breathing FULLY
CONSCIOUS component of Eternity clothed in flesh? Strangely
enough it is kind of an empty feeling, for you have emptied your
whole self into your function; you ARE YOUR MISSION and nothing
can break this solid state integrated circuit.
On this exalted plane of consciousness, being human seems light
years away down "the tube." Yet as I make my daily journey down
the tube into the outer kingdom this inner Kingdom does not seem
light years away. It ceases to exist. This is where decades of
metaphysical training comes in.
